This is a community for baristas to communicate, learn, vent, rant, give and get advice. This is not meant to exclude Starbucks baristas at all, but if you have a Starbucks-related question, please visit baristas.
This is a place for people who know what a ristretto shot is, who know better than to make a real caramel macchiato when a customer orders one, who have wasted gallons and gallons of milk trying to perfect latte art, and who know how to operate (and maybe even maintain) a semi-automatic machine.
Feel free to hang out and teach and learn as much as you want! We're all here for one thing - to become better baristas. Let's prove to the world that this is a valuable career choice, and not just a summer job!
